Our Chef
Chef Ni, a Shandong native with over 30 years of culinary mastery, was trained by some of China’s most renowned chefs. Specializing in Sichuan, Huaiyang cuisines as well as some Chinese classics, he takes great pride in his craft, creating delicious, authentic dishes that reflect his deep love for being a chef.
